Concept and Design
Our experienced sales consultants work with you to understand the unique characteristics and challenges of your project before we make any recommendation. The process typically begins with a no-cost onsite consultation where we observe current conditions, make detailed notes of the project’s objectives, ask qualifying questions to help you select the right options, and take measurements for accurate cost estimating. Using information collected from our first site visit, our estimators work with our sales team to create a proposal and recommendation for your specific project. If the project requires multiple visits, we will be there. Your satisfaction and an efficient solution are the goals we strive to meet with every customer.
Mechanical & Electrical Installation
No job is too big or too small. We offer stand-alone design & equipment packages for customer self-install and complete turn-key solutions including design, materials, equipment, equipment erection, ductwork installation, concrete pads, custom fabrication items & electrical hook-up. Modular ‘Pug and Play’ solutions are also available for many applications.
Engineering
Complete Mechanical and Structural Engineering Services including wet stamp are an available option for your project. Professional Engineering and Drafting is performed by our dedicated team of in-house engineers in order to maintain optimal control and speedy delivery.
Permits
Total Air / Air Energy Solutions can assist you with your project from the early concept stages through design, mechanical permitting, installation, and service after the sale. We have a dedicated in-house permit technician that knows the ins and outs of working with most municipalities in the region. We also have experience working with the major Authorities Having Jurisdiction for Fire and Explosion related issues, which in most cases speeds up the entire permit process by predicting typical local requirements.
If your package requires a separate permit with the Air Pollution Control Authority in your jurisdiction, we can assist you with that paperwork as well. We also offer “permit-ready” engineering packages for customers who which to apply and pay for permits directly.
Incentives
Rebates and incentives are available for most fan and filter systems when our line of EcoBoss Energy Saving Controls are used. All Controls are designed and built in the United States by Boss Products, LLC in their UL 508 panel shop. We work directly with your local utility company to assist with obtaining a substantial rebate for your project. In applicable cases, we are able to obtain a rebate worth 70% or more of the total energy upgrade project cost. With calculated annual energy savings, a typical ROI on energy saving equipment is between 1 to 3 years.
