Master-Pur- 100% Polyester / Polyurethane
Master-Pur Products from Masterduct are constructed of 100% polyester/polyurethane which is 30% more wear resistant than competing urethane hoses. Wall thicknesses range from .020 (SL) to is .078 (HH). The spring steel wire is encapsulated in urethane and heat welded to the outside of the hose wall for optimal wear resistance. Rated for -22 deg F. to 195 deg F and intermittent up to 260 deg F, the product is food grade, fire retardant, and highly abrasion resistant. Commonly used for dust collection systems, food and pharmaceuticals, paper industry, oil mist, leaf-blowing, and wet / dry process conveyance applications. For woodworking, this hose is ideal for use with CNC routers, molders, planers, table saws, sanders, and closed loop transfer systems.
